Sweet Dream 2

is a mixed-media installation that continues my personal exploration of the phrase “sweet dreams” a wish that is often uttered without knowing exactly what it means.

The work translates these words into a physical space.
Screens embedded in pillows are surrounded by additional pillows and stacked into a soft, almost excessive form. The installation evokes the place where we imagine dreams to occur: a bed, a state, a moment just before falling asleep. This creates a sculptural landscape that oscillates between closeness and distance.

AI-generated videos unfold on the screens as a free interpretation of what “sweet dreams” might be. Images appear, change, and lose their logic. Artificial intelligence serves as a tool in this process. Its blurriness and disruptions remain visible, opening up a space where meaning remains open.
